Ordering/Minimums

Although we don't set a minimum dollar amount, our items are available for purchase starting from a minimum of two dozen bags. Customers can choose to place their orders either through our website or by sending an email.

Shipping Policy

• Order Processing Time: Our aim is to process orders promptly and accurately, usually within 7 to 10 days, or even sooner whenever possible. You will then receive a confirmation email. If any purchased item is out of stock, we'll reach out to you before shipping. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends and holidays. Shipping options include UPS and FedEx.
• Standard Sea Shipping Service: Please expect your order to arrive within 30-45 days from the time of order confirmation. We appreciate your patience and understanding. The sea shipping fare will be added upon completion of your order. You will receive a courier charge confirmation email for payment. Once your courier charge payment is received, your order will be shipped.
• Please find the estimated standard shipping fee below, fee may vary depending on courier.

• For large orders (exceeding 353 Cubic feet/10 CBM), we'll coordinate with a third-party shipping company to obtain a quote for pallet shipping of your merchandise.
• Air-courier Service: With this option, your order should arrive within 5-10 days from the time of processing. If you require premium service, please feel free to contact us for further assistance.
